You will coach a high-performance team, execute daily routines, and maintain a sharp focus on metrics, customer experience, and growth—delivering month-on-month improvements in membership and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fast-paced teams and achieving growth targets.
• Strong accountability for P&L drivers and KPI tracking.
• Ability to develop and coach staff using performance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales execution, prospecting, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Drive monthly membership and revenue targets and local campaigns.
• Oversee staffing alignment to foot traffic and service expectations.
• Run daily SOP drills and ensure operational discipline.
