Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion is seeking a skilled Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership sales, and develop a high-performing team at SM City Consolacion, Cebu. You will own club performance and ensure an excellent member experience.

Club Manager | Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion

Location: SM City Consolacion, Cebu
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in business operations, sales management, and people leadership?

Anytime Fitness is looking for a highly capable Club Manager to lead our SM Consolacion branch. This role requires someone who can take ownership of overall club performance, develop a high-performing team, drive membership sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the club's daily business operations and performance.

• Drive membership sales and ensure the team consistently meets revenue and sales targets.

• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the club team to achieve individual and business goals.

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve sales and operational results.

• Ensure excellent member experience and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Handle operational concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and support the continued growth of the club.

• Build a strong, accountable, and results-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Willing to be assigned to Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, sales, or service-oriented businesses is an advantage.
