Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Application Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve issues across core business systems from our Cebu office. The role requires independent problem solving, proactive monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain service continuity.

You will diagnose complex incidents, contribute to deployment and patch processes, and help build a robust knowledge base from resolved cases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud operations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and services.
• Understanding of network architecture and virtualization in cloud environments.
• AWS and Azure administration (advanced).
• Windows/Linux administration (intermediate).
• Basic network administration (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Act as software detective to independently resolve issues across components of critical business systems.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems; monitor system performance and reliability.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base creation.
