Job summary

SoftwareOne Philippines Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Level 1 within its MSP Technical Support team. You will be the first line of escalation for enterprise and mid-market customers, handling Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and CSP-managed services with deep technical analysis and coordinated escalation.

You will work closely with Tier 2/3 engineers, access Microsoft support channels, and grow your cloud platform skills in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Certification in AI 900 and AZ-900 must have.
• Customer-facing/escalation handling experience required.
• Previous CSP/MSP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-response support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and CSP services.
• Own triage and resolution of Tier 1 incidents, escalating as needed.
• Document cases accurately and communicate status to customers.
