Job summary

A leading tech firm in the Philippines is seeking a Cloud Engineer to provide Level 2 support for cloud infrastructure and manage cloud resources. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, strong expertise with AWS, and knowledge of Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. You will be responsible for monitoring environments and troubleshooting issues. This position requires you to work fully onsite in Ortigas, making contributions to cloud migrations and CI/CD integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Experience with VPC/VNet, load balancing, IAM, and cloud monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for cloud infrastructure and production environments.
• Provision and manage cloud resources (compute, storage, networking).
• Configure VPC/VNet, load balancers, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
