Qualifications

• BS or higher in CS/IS or equivalent required.
• Strong experience troubleshooting SaaS cloud solutions.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and ERP integrations.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, RCA).
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Azure/AWS services.
• Support hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises ERP integrations.
• Lead critical incident response, including bridge calls and service restoration.
• Diagnose outages and performance issues using logs and monitoring tools.
• Perform RCA and drive long-term improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, ERP, and vendor teams.
• Maintain documentation and mentor junior engineers.
