Job summary

ppl Solutions, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Service Delivery to drive content creation, GTM planning, and product positioning in the cloud communications and UCaaS space. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on crafting compelling messaging and collateral.

You will partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to launch features, develop demand generation campaigns, support the sales force, and track adoption and satisfaction to inform future improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of product marketing experience in cloud communications, SaaS, or UCaaS.
• Proven experience with go-to-market strategies and tech product positioning.
• Strong writing and communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on product launches and demand generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling product content including briefs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, blog posts, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Position and differentiate products by understanding the competitive landscape, customer needs, and key trends in cloud communications and UCaaS.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define messaging and positioning.
• Drive demand generation and lead nurturing initiatives by creating content that attracts and educates prospects.
• Support sales teams with tools to communicate product value effectively.
• Analyze and track product performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform improvements.
• Build relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand brand presence.
