Job summary

Proseso Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our growing team. You will handle the client portfolio, ensure accurate financial records, and support month-end close using cloud-based accounting software.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite is essential for daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Accountancy.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall outputs and client relationship for the assigned client portfolio
• Respect accounting policies and procedures in line with the internal requirements and the requirements of the clients
• Using our cloud-based accounting softwares, manage the general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payables, receivables, payroll, depreciation/amortization, etc.
• Manage month / quarter / year -end closing of accounts, bank reconciliation, and prepare clients' financial reports
• Preparation of tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies
