4C Medical Tech in the Philippines is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the Clinical Operations team. This role touches site documentation, data submissions, payments, device logistics, meetings, and training to ensure trials run accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining audit-ready records and strong cross-functional collaboration with sites, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical research or FDA-regulated healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of clinical trial documentation requirements and operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain audit-ready clinical trial and site documentation, including regulatory approvals, informed consents, agreements, training records, and site personnel credentials.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clinical sites regarding documentation and study coordination needs.
• Coordinate clinical image and data submissions from sites and core laboratories, resolving issues to support timely data delivery.
• Process and track site, core lab, and vendor invoices and payments with Finance to maintain accruals.
• Coordinate device and trial material shipments, returns, inventory, and documentation with Operations.
• Support investigator, study coordinator, and committee meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain study supplies, binders, equipment, and other materials.
• Provide cross-functional support across Clinical Operations as priorities shift.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and efficiency.
