The Clinical Transformation Partner will define and govern standardized clinical pathways, ensuring physician engagement across employed and third-party doctors in Corporate Health and Occupational Health services. The role drives behavior change, ensures clinically anchored interventions, and integrates wellness and care navigation into everyday practice, in collaboration

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with experience in occupational health, corporate health, or primary care.
• Experience in clinical governance, pathway standardization, or population health.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and continuously improve clinical practice across MediCard’s Corporate Health and Occupational Health services.
• Drive physician engagement, capability uplift, and behavior change to ensure doctors function as corporate primary care providers.
• Establish standardized clinical pathways and preventive triggers within routine OH encounters.
• Lead governance discussions, peer reviews, and escalation for complex employer cases.
• Partner with analytics to close care gaps and strengthen follow-through.
