Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V. Branch is seeking a Temporary Trainer (PHRN) in the Philippines to design, deliver, and manage clinical training programs for nurses and USRN staff.

The role requires an active Philippines RN license and US RN licenses for states, plus 2–3 years of classroom training experience and strong knowledge of US healthcare delivery and claims processing. Based in Quezon City, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure training quality.

Qualifications

• Active Philippines RN license and US RN licenses for states.
• 2 years minimum classroom training experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with US healthcare delivery and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Oversees clinical training classes and monthly trainer observations.
• Instructional Design: Collaborates with SMEs to update training materials and apply design methodologies.
• Technology Application: Recommends tools to close training gaps and improve effectiveness.
• Knowledge Management: Documents materials and analyzes training outcomes to align with strategy.
• Consulting & Business Partnering: Partners with clinical leaders to enhance training curricula.
