Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator in the Philippines to provide administrative and technical support to project teams. You will coordinate trial activities, maintain regulatory documents, and ensure timely quality deliverables.

You may serve as a study lead and mentor new staff during onboarding, contributing to process improvements. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with clinical trial systems, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 4+ years in clinical operations or similar.
• Equivalency considered acceptable with education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Excellent English grammar and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate trial activities per task matrix.
• Perform file reviews and document findings in the system.
• Ensure tasks are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain study documentation, systems, and trackers (GoBalto, eTMF).
• Schedule and record client/internal meetings; take minutes as needed.
• Support regulatory document reviews and submission processes.
• Assist with ISF/Pharmacy binder materials and translation QC.
