Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Valid professional license.
• Minimum of two years or above academic experience.
• Strong clinical expertise, decision‑making, teaching, coaching, and assessment skills, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in educational technologies and clinical documentation, competence in evaluating clinical performance and providing structured feedback, experience in simulation‑based education.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned working hours and ensure clinical sessions are conducted on time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with school policies, clinical regulations, and ethical standards.
• Build respectful, professional, and trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, faculty, clinical staff, and administrators.
• Collaborate effectively with faculty and clinical teams to achieve program goals.
