Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams to optimize EHR workflows, improving patient care and operational performance. You will translate clinical needs into IT solutions, focusing on lab and radiology workflows and collaborating with senior clients.

The role requires deep EHR experience (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or athenahealth), strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
5+ years in healthcare IT or clinical informatics.
Strong clinical knowledge to engage with physicians and leaders.
Deep experience with EHR workflows (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, or comparable).
Proven track record with senior stakeholders to solve operational problems.
Understanding of hospital operations including revenue cycle and patient flow.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams to analyze and optimize EHR workflows.
Design optimized future-state workflows for laboratory and radiology processes.
Collaborate with EHR analysts and technical teams on configurations.
Serve as SME for LIS and RIS/PACS integration with EHR.
Diagnose root causes of operational issues and design tech-enabled solutions.
Liaise between clinical stakeholders, IT, MSP teams, and vendors.
Produce workflow diagrams, gap analyses, business cases, and roadmaps.
