Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare background: RN, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, or similar.
• Experience translating clinical practice into structured workflows, decision-support logic, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience reviewing clinical guidelines, protocols, or clinical literature.
• Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with healthcare data.
• Experience with decision trees, rule-based workflows, and clinical data models.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate evidence-based clinical guidelines into clinical decision-support content and workflows for EMRs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical Directors, Customer Success, and healthcare organizations to ensure accuracy and feasibility of content.
• Ensure clinical content aligns with customer needs and data standards.
• Support CareSelect Imaging and CareSelect Lab initiatives and maintain high-quality CDS implementations.

The Clinical Informatics Analyst supports CareSelect Imaging and CareSelect Lab by translating evidence-based clinical guidelines into clinical decision-support content, workflows, and rule logic used within electronic medical records (EMRs).

This role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, healthcare technology, product development, and customer implementation. The analyst partners with Product, Engineering, Medical Directors, Customer Success, and healthcare organizations to ensure clinical content is accurate, technically feasible, and aligned with customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Clinical Background
  • RN, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, or similar healthcare experience
  • Understanding of patient care workflows and clinical decision-making
• Clinical Informatics
  • Experience translating clinical practice into structured workflows, decision-support logic, or healthcare technology solutions
  • Understanding of EMRs, clinical decision support, and healthcare data
• Clinical Guideline Interpretation
  • Experience reviewing clinical guidelines, protocols, or clinical literature
  • Ability to convert clinical recommendations into practical workflows and decision-support logic
• Analytical & Problem Solving
  • Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Comfortable working with healthcare data and investigating unexpected outcomes
