Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to translate evidence-based guidelines into decision-support content, workflows, and rule logic used within EMRs. The role sits at the intersection of clinical practice and healthcare technology, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Medical Directors, Customer Success, and healthcare organizations to ensure content is accurate and feasible.

This position focuses on CareSelect Imaging and CareSelect Lab, aligning with customer needs

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Clinical Background: RN, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, or similar healthcare experience.
• Clinical Informatics: translate clinical practice into workflows and decision-support.
• Clinical Guideline Interpretation: translate guidelines into workflows and logic.
• Analytical & Problem Solving: solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Structured Logic & Data: experience with decision trees and clinical data models.
• Communication & Ownership: strong written and verbal communication, independent work.

Responsibilities

• Comply with terms, policies, and directives as the business evolves.
• Translate clinical guidelines into structured workflows and decision-support logic.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical Directors, Customer Success, and healthcare organizations.
• Ensure clinical content is accurate, technically feasible, and aligned with customer needs.
