Job summary

ICON plc is recruiting a Clinical Data Science Lead to drive data science initiatives within clinical trials in Mexico. You will guide analyses that inform strategic decisions and deliver meaningful insights for trial teams.

You will manage day-to-day data science activities, mentor a growing team, design statistical models, and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations, while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and project leadership within a clinical research setting.
• Strong expertise in statistical software and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%).
