Job summary

ICON plc in Manila is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to support the design and execution of clinical trials in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study milestones are met and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

The role emphasizes organized documentation, data interpretation, and proactive communication with stakeholders. A science or healthcare background and prior trial support experience are preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience in general clinical research support.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to report to client office 3x a week (BGC).
