Job summary

Optum is seeking a Licensed Clinical Content Specialist to develop and update clinical content for Change Healthcare Clinical Products. Using evidence from medical literature and data analysis, you will ensure content reflects best practice standards for various users and contexts.

You will QA content, support internal and external clients, and collaborate with Product Development, Product Management, Product Owner, and Business Systems Analysts to keep projects on track and aligned with

Qualifications

• Licensed healthcare professional with active license in good standing.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in acute care or clinical pharmacy practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving and multitasking.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update clinical content using medical literature.
• Perform QA of clinical content and maintain documentation.
• Serve as a clinical resource for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Product Management, Product Owner, and Business Systems Analyst to support clinical development.
• Develop project plans and monitor tasks to ensure on-time delivery of clinical development projects.
• Participate in field research that contributes to product advancement.
• Adhere to employment contracts and company policies and directives.
