Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• RN license in good standing.
• 10+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2+ years in Utilization Review, preferably with Optum Physician Advisor Services.
• 2+ years in clinical content development.
• Knowledge of case management, managed care processes, and Medicare.
• Knowledge of CDI requirements for DRG validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align clinical content with product and content strategies.
• Drive cross-functional clinical content deliverables to meet customer needs.
• Comply with employment terms, policies and directives as required.
