Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading teams, mentoring staff and monitoring performance.
• Experience in Case Management within healthcare, including documentation and follow-up.
• Knowledge of clinical environments, preferably in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare tech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to train clinical staff and explain concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and client service.
• Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and occasional client facility visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical application specialists responsible for implementation and training.
• Oversee scheduling, performance, and case handling related to imaging workflows.
• Provide advanced product demonstrations and training to clients.
• Troubleshoot clinical application issues and coordinate with technical and sales teams.
• Maintain documentation of cases and training sessions; contribute to process improvements.
