You will translate goals into actionable initiatives, analyze data to anticipate issues, and implement rapid solutions while maintaining a patient-first service mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.).
• Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development.
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills.
• Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges.
• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings.
• Passionate about creating impact through organized, efficient, people-first leadership.
