Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in clinic operations, community programs, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable supervising encoders/support staff.
• Tech-savvy (eGovPH, apps, encoding systems).
• Strong Christian values and alignment with ICM’s mission.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities.
