Job summary

FOOTLAB in Metro Manila is seeking an Admin & Business Manager to run the front of the clinic from day one, handling clinic operations and patient administration. From month 2-3, the role expands into Business Manager scope, overseeing business management, facilities, events.

The position requires meticulous scheduling, billing accuracy, and the ability to implement new processes to support daily operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic administration is preferred.
• Ability to build and adhere to processes.
• Strong attention to detail and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confirm every appointment a day ahead and own the Acuity calendar.
• Receive patients and complete customer profiles.
• Enter orders and record every payment accurately.
• Issue BIR invoices, deposit and reconcile cash daily.
• Keep the clinic stocked, open and closed properly.
• Chase and file contracts.
• Oversee facilities and manage inventory.
• Plan/oversee/support events and pop-up clinics.
• Setup new processes.
