The role requires 3–5 years in clinic operations, strong digital skills, and a commitment to serving families in ultra-poverty. You will collaborate with the Head of Facility and national supervisor to deliver reliable healthcare.

Company Description

International Care Ministries (ICM) has been addressing extreme poverty since 1992, working to transform the lives of ultra-poor families in the Philippines and beyond. Through community-based programs in health, livelihood, education, values, and community development, ICM partners with local churches, communities, government agencies, and other organizations to help families build resilience, restore hope, and move toward lasting change.

In 2025, ICM created a sister organization, CareMin Clinics, to implement PhilHealth’s YAKAP program. There are currently two accredited clinics, one in Bacolod and one in Dumaguete. This position is for our Bacolod clinic.

Role Description

The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, strong system records, effective supervision of clinic staff, and compliance with operational and program requirements.

This role is responsible for making sure patients receive a smooth and reliable healthcare experience by ensuring the CareMin Clinics standard operating model is implemented effectively by the team.

The Clinic Manager works closely with the Bacolod Head of Facility and their national supervisor, the Clinic Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff schedules, accountability, onboarding, and training support
• Manage daily clinic, include outreach,operations and ensure efficient patient flow
• Ensure patients complete the required YAKAP process and documentation
• Maintain clinic readiness, including staffing, equipment, supplies
• Daily and weekly reporting
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions

• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Comfortable supervising staff and coordinating daily clinic activities

• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently

Helpful Experience May Include

• 3–5 years of experience in clinic operations/management
• Experience with digital reporting tools
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Christian, faith-based, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization
• Experience working with PhilHealth programs is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of PHP 28,000 per month
