Job summary

International Care Ministries' Bacolod clinic seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize patient flow, and ensure accurate documentation. You will supervise staff, maintain records, and align with the CareMin Clinics SOP across the team.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinic operations, strong digital skills, and a commitment to serving families in ultra-poverty. You will collaborate with the Head of Facility and national supervisor to deliver reliable healthcare.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in clinic operations/management.
• Experience with digital reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a Christian, faith-based nonprofit environment.
• Comfort with using technology and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff schedules, onboarding, and training.
• Manage daily clinic operations, outreach, and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Ensure patients complete the required YAKAP process and documentation.
• Maintain clinic readiness, including staffing, equipment, supplies.
• Daily and weekly reporting.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
