Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a diligent Doorman/Clinic Attendant responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic premises and assisting patients as they come and go. The role includes welcoming patients, coordinating valet parking, assisting with belongings, and ensuring light maintenance and housekeeping tasks are performed to uphold a positive patient experience.

The candidate should have at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent, plus 1 year

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Doorman duties – Clinic Entrance: Welcome and assist patients arriving at and leaving the clinic; coordinate valet parking requests; greet patients and assist with belongings.
• Valet Parking Duties: Assist patients with parking, open vehicle doors, tag and safeguard keys, and drive vehicles safely.
• Clinic Maintenance and Housekeeping: Open/close, clean and restock; maintain cleanliness of all areas; report repairs and assist contractors.
• Other Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and order; report shortages; attend meetings and trainings; provide reliever support when needed.
