Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Doorman/Valet/Housekeeping staff to ensure the clinic premises remain clean and orderly while assisting patients entering and exiting the facility.

The role includes welcoming patients, coordinating valet parking when available, and maintaining cleanliness across all clinic areas. A minimum of 1 year in a related field and a vocational diploma/short course or a bachelor’s degree are required. On-site work at Belo Medical Group clinics in the Metro Manila area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Candidate must possess Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients arriving at and leaving the clinic.
• Coordinate valet parking requests with the assigned staff, if the service is available.
• Open vehicle doors and assist patients when entering or leaving their vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire clinic, including common areas, pantry, treatment rooms, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Report repair needs, damaged facilities, and supply shortages to the Branch Officer.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
