• Doctor chaperone/assistant: prepare rooms, prime patients and assist during procedures.
• Operate non-invasive machines for treatments like skin booster or RF tightening.
• Promote ongoing treatment packages to hit monthly targets.

About the role

This role combines clinical support, patient registration, and treatment coordination in a medical aesthetics clinic. You will manage patient onboarding, assist healthcare professionals during procedures, operate non-invasive treatment equipment, and support the clinic's commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

Registration

• Registering new patients, managing the clinic's digital database, executing point-of-sale (POS) payments, and issuing invoices. ( Plato )

Clinical & Treatment Support

• Doctor Chaperone/Assistant: Preparing treatment rooms, prepping patients (e.g., applying numbing cream, taking pre-treatment photos), and assisting doctors during procedures like Botox, Hifu , injectionable or lasers.
• Operate non-invasive machine treatments independently (e.g., Skin booster / medical RF skin tightening).

Package / product Sign‑ups

• Sharing ongoing treatment packages or promotions to hit the clinic's monthly targets.
