Alter Domus is a leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry. We are seeking a candidate to support onboarding and migrations into our eFront system, reporting to the Platform Delivery Team lead.

The role focuses on client onboarding, data analysis, and ensuring successful data migrations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor in Accounting or Economics, 3–4 years in accounting analysis/financial reporting, and experience with accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting analysis or financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting systems and data migrations.
• Private Equity experience is required.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and migrations on new business into the eFront system.
• Report to Platform Delivery Team lead.
• Attend planning and setup meetings to understand client requirements.
• Analyse client historical accounting data.
• Prepare, execute and reconcile accounting data imports from previous systems.
• Attend post-migration meetings and ensure adoption by client teams.
• Act as first-level support when needed.
• Ensure data migrations deliver the expected benefits for the project.
• Collaborate with Platform Delivery Team Lead and escalate issues as needed.

Job DESCRIPTION

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to assist with the onboarding and migrations on new business into our eFront system. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Platform Delivery Team lead.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Play a key role in the clients onboarding from systems to Alter Domus applications landscape
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements
• Analyse client’s historical accounting data
• Prepare, execute & reconcile accounting data imports based on outputs from previous systems
• Attend post migration meetings
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up
• Act as a first level of support when needed
• Have a vested interest in the success of the data migrations and ensure that benefits are being realised as part of the project
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team lead and escalated any issues or concerns

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics,
• Experience in Private Equity will be necessary
• You are fluent in English
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• At least 3-4 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (posting accounting data, gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
