Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support onboarding and data migrations into the eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and work to understand client requirements, analyze historical data, and prepare imports for a smooth transition.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, fluent English, and 1–2 years of accounting analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Fluent in English
• Detail oriented and analytical
• 1–2 years in accounting analysis or financial reporting
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role is a plus
• First experience with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the clients onboarding from systems to AlterDomus applications landscape
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements
• Analyse client’s historical accounting data
• Prepare, execute & reconcile accounting data imports based on outputs from previous systems
• Attend post migration meetings
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up
• Act as a first level of support when needed
• Have a vested interest in the success of the data migrations and ensure that benefits are being realised as part of the project
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team lead and escalate any issues or concerns

Job DESCRIPTION:

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to assist with the onboarding and data migrations on new business into our eFront system.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Platform Delivery Team lead.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You must have a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• You are fluent in English
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role ( posting accounting data, gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
