The Client Support Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and marketing support to the Account Manager and the wider Client Services Department (CSD). This role involves managing pipeline reports, handling client accreditation documents, generating project codes, maintaining robust record-keeping systems, and assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Maintain and update weekly Client Services Department (CSD) pipeline and activity reports.
Manage client accreditation processes by preparing and submitting required documentation through hardcopy packages and digital client portals.
Generate unique project codes utilizing company portals (ESS and CORE).
Secure, organize, and route contract documents for authorized signatures upon project award.
Prepare, document, and issue official office correspondences following approval and sign-off from the Manager.
Record accurate minutes of meetings and distribute them to attendees after supervisor sign-off.
Develop draft business proposals under the instruction and guidance of Account Managers.
Assist in creating, updating, and managing content for corporate social media platforms and the company website.
Support the development, printing, and distribution of marketing and promotional collateral.
Provide data collation support, monitor daily expenses, and assist with check preparation and release facilitation.
Oversee inventory management for marketing operations, promotional materials, and general office supplies, requesting replenishment as needed.
Maintain a rigorous office documentation and record-keeping system to ensure efficient storage, tracking, and quick retrieval of files.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software/tools.
Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven knack for managing multi-task administrative pipelines.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling critical contract routing and client reporting.
