Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, appointments, or client follow-ups is preferred.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, tax preparation, or accounting processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related productivity tools.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the tax preparation process.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Guide clients in completing required forms and submitting necessary documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, reminders, and status updates to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively follow up with clients to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
• Provide updates on application, documentation, and filing status when appropriate.
• Deliver a professional, consultative, and customer-focused experience throughout every client interaction.
