Job summary

Lead and develop the cashiering team, enforce internal controls and audit readiness, mitigate risks, and maintain POS systems and equipment to support efficient billing and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cashiering activities, ensuring accurate sales transactions, cash collections, deposits, and financial reports.
• Supervise, coach, and develop cashiers to ensure accuracy, productivity, compliance, and service.
• Ensure fast, efficient checkout and resolve transaction inquiries and escalations.
• Enforce cashiering procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements; mitigate cash-handling risks.
• Keep POS systems and equipment functional while supporting billing, payment processing, and store operations.
