Job summary

The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Customer Success & Relationship Officer in Metro Manila to expand our salary loan program with partner companies. You will engage employees on-site and digitally to drive adoption, ensuring a seamless loan experience from awareness to usage.

You will build strong ties with HR and payroll teams, lead employee orientations, and recruit and train Loan Ambassadors. This is a field-driven role aimed at improving access to responsible lending.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with employees and HR.
• Confident in facilitating orientations and training.
• Strong relationship-building and issue resolution.
• Energetic, proactive, and consistent in engagement.
• Organized with data tracking and reporting ability.
• Experience in field engagement or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan penetration and awareness across partner companies through on-site visits, orientations, and digital activations.
• Build strong operational relationships with HR, payroll teams, and employee supervisors.
• Lead high-impact employee events, orientations, and info sessions to boost visibility and loan adoption.
• Coordinate payroll processing requirements and resolve operational issues to keep the loan journey frictionless.
• Recruit, train, and manage Loan Ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
• Gather insights from employees and HR partners to improve the loan experience and increase retention.
