1840&Co is seeking a client success professional in the Philippines to act as the human point of contact for a portfolio of Canadian clients. You will explain requirements, collect documents, and ensure timely completion of work using our software stack, including Odoo and Google Workspace.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with proactive coordination across teams.

Competenze

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Comfortable using software tools; Odoo is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Organised with multi-client management.
• Experience with Canadian or North American clients is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of clients by phone, video call and email.
• Lead onboarding calls, document requests, status updates and follow-ups.
• Explain processes in clear English (what we need, by when, and why).
• Gather and organise information for bookkeeping, tax filings and funding applications.
• Use our software stack (Odoo, TaxDome, Google Workspace and AI tools) to track tasks and keep records up to date.
• Chase missing items and deadlines proactively, and escalate exceptions to the manager.
• Coordinate internally so that each client file moves forward without delays.
