Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Customer/Client Success Manager to be the main contact for our existing client base and to ensure they gain full value from our services and products. The role also covers daily bookkeeping and invoicing in Xero, so accuracy with numbers counts as much as a warm, professional manner with people.

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing experience in CS/AM/support.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) with a warm, professional style.
• CRM familiarity and ability to track client interactions.
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals: invoicing, reconciliation, and record keeping.
• Strong follow-through and drive to close open items without reminders.
• Ability to act as a bridge between clients and a technical team.
• Highly organized with careful attention to detail.
• Dependable, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, checking in regularly on active services and projects.
• Build long-term client relationships to keep clients engaged and supported.
• Learn our full product range to spot opportunities for additional solutions.
• Field client inquiries about our digital products in a friendly, helpful way.
• Log and pass technical questions to the technical team with clear details.
• Follow up with the technical team and update clients on progress until issues are settled.
• Review invoicing to identify under-billed or unbilled services.
• Set up and run recurring invoices in Xero.
• Maintain accurate monthly bookkeeping records.
• Track client interactions, follow-ups, and outstanding items.
