Job summary

You will organize workshops, document outcomes, coordinate with VP and Account Executives, and support data-driven service delivery using Power BI and standard operating procedures.

A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience in business analysis are preferred, with strong communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• One to three years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Experience with reporting methods and data-driven solutions.
• Experience in Insurance Claims and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Document workshop decisions and outputs.

• Support development of business automation requirements.
• Participate in planning and scheduling workshops.
