Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or equivalent.
• Experience serving US clients, preferably via phone.
• Familiarity with audits and pharma/healthcare optional.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce and Smartsheet preferred.
• Proficiency with phone systems (Twilio) and CRM tools.
• Able to work US business hours with flexibility for peak periods.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the client Core Team for each meeting.
• Ensure planning stays within client rules and budget.
• Assess Management Fee accuracy per program type.
• Review Speaker Travel expenses against itinerary.
• Review Speaker Honorarium for correct payment.
• Plot venue/caterer charges to the FCR calculator.
• Move charges to correct budget categories per rules.
• Resolve attendance discrepancies where needed.
• Ensure expenses match across EFX and Centris systems.
• Upload receipts and required documents to meetings.
• Communicate with planners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Apply client rules throughout the financial close process.
• Flag items that impact risk or compliance.
• Understand system functionality relevant to the role.
• Liaise with internal and external teams for up-to-date info.
• Maintain timekeeping standards in Sprout, PSA.
• Perform other related team tasks as assigned.
