Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applications for a Client Service Associate in the Cavite South area. The role involves accurate, efficient processing of over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related transactions in line with bank standards.

You will provide courteous customer service, promote banking products and ensure compliance with policies. Onsite work is required in Cabuyao, Laguna, with opportunities for professional growth within the Branch Banking Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
