Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Client Service Associate to process over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and related tasks in line with banking standards. The role requires customer service orientation with onsite work in San Pedro, Laguna.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (business preferred) and can start with fresh graduates or up to one year in branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in San Pedro, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
