Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate in Parañaque to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related transactions in line with the bank’s standards and requirements.

The role focuses on accurate processing, proactive customer service, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business), with at least one year in branch operations or fresh graduates, and willingness to work onsite are

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank's products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
