Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Calamba, Laguna seeks a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances with accuracy and efficiency.

You will provide courteous customer service, promote bank products, ensure compliance with policies, and perform day-end banking activities. Fresh graduates welcome; a business degree and clear communication are preferred; onsite work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations; open to fresh graduates.
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
