Job summary

You will deliver friendly service, promote bank products, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and support end-of-day processes. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior branch operations experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations preferred, fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients; may promote bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
