Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances, and more, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in line with bank standards.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, promoting bank products, and performing end-to-end transactions while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements. Location is Sta. Rosa, Laguna, onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
