Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions accurately and timely in line with the Bank's standards.

You will deliver courteous customer service, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while working onsite in Batangas East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Batangas East

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
