Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applicants for the Client Service Associate role in Dumaguete. You will handle over-the-counter banking transactions with accuracy and timeliness, including cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, and foreign currency exchanges in a busy branch.

You must comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements, provide excellent customer service, and promote the bank's products and services while multitasking under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in a business-related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Banking experience is an advantage.
