Bershaw Consultancy is seeking a Client Retention Specialist to manage and grow our existing client portfolio in the Metro Manila area. The role emphasizes maintaining strong relationships, timely support, and data-driven strategies to enhance retention and revenue.

You will collaborate with logistics, operations and support teams to deliver exceptional service and to ensure renewal targets are met, while analyzing buying patterns to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in key account management or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven insights.
