Straive is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to translate investment activity and performance into client-ready reports. You will analyze data, create clear narratives, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely, accurate content for clients.

The role requires strong English communication, analytical prowess, and the ability to deliver high-quality reports under tight timelines across various asset classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in reporting, investment analysis or financial markets.
• Strong interest in the financial industry, especially private markets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear messages.
• Excellent written communication and fluency in English.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders is a must.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel-based tools is an advantage.
