Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests, keep account data updated, and assist in evaluating loan-worthiness. You will coordinate with units to ensure timely bank services and help prepare budgets and business plans. You’ll also address customer complaints with practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills

Responsibilities

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
